Our garage is about 20 x 20, or 400 square feet. If you divide that 400 square feet by the nine residents (6 bunnies, 1 cat and two humans) that leaves approximately 44 square feet per denizen. Of course, there’s really even less when you consider the space taken up by the entertainment system, kitchen counter space and computer. I would do a more thorough calculation, but I think the benefits of satisfying my curiosity would be outweighed by my depression at the result.
Living in such a small space has some interesting advantages that I didn’t anticipate when the humans brought me home. There’s a lot of interaction between the humans and us bunnies since they pass by every time they go into the kitchen section or get something out of the closet (yes, the closet is in the kitchen… it’s perhaps not the best design choice, but I don’t think the current residents had any input in the floor plan). It’s also easy to keep the place warm since it’s all one big room and Steve’s electronics give off a lot of warmth that’s much appreciated in the winter. Summer, I hear, is another story, but I’ve only been around since December so I’ll just have to take their word for it.
If the humans ever save up enough to buy an actual house… well, I don’t know what we’ll do. All that extra space… I guess they’ll just have to get me some more brother and sister bunnies!

By the way, Lola has what is called a dewlap under her chin. It is perfectly normal and is a common feature in the females of certain breeds of rabbits.
I think that Thumper's female counterpart in "Bambi" had a dewlap.
don't forget to about how tall your garage is. If you calculated your cubic feet per occupant the humans may feel like they had more space.
