His and Hers Movie Review - Ultraviolet

The idea of this segment is that Steve and I watch a movie together and then review it in one sentence. We are hoping to focus on movies that you may not have seen to keep things more interesting.

We would like to start with hands-down the worst movie we have ever seen: Ultraviolet. Disclaimer: we only own this movie because it Steve got it free with a blu-ray offer.

Lisa: “This movie encourages the return of Mystery Science Theater 3000 as it’s horrendous screenwriting was only eclipsed by the horrific acting, although, as with the Star Wars prequels, it’s understandable that the performers couldn’t act since there was nothing to act against, as the entire movie appeared to be CG.”

Steve (just after hour 1, pleadingly): “End… end… end!!!!!”

In synopsis, do not ever under any circumstances see this movie, unless you are determined to see the worst movie ever made, in which case, you’ve found it.

Ahh it wasn't that bad. Especially if you like to watch Mila J. (can't spell her last name) jump around. And I did get alot done while watching it; sleeping mainly I think. Our excuse for buying it was that we didn't have to pay to see it in the movies and we kinda of like Mila but mostly becuase we like "the 5th Element." Of course I mainly like "5th" because of Bruce Willis and Gary Oldman. Oh well.

Never heard of it. How would you rate it again Gigli (which I didn't see but heard it was bad).

Steve and I have never seen Gigli either. But this movie would be hard to beat (sorry, Natalie, it's true). :-)
