Even though I don’t cook at all, I’ve been tearing interesting-looking recipes from magazines for several years now and stacking them in a box. Realizing that they really were only taking up space and it was highly unlikely that I would dig through a box for dinner ideas, I decided to scan them all into our computer for easy perusal. I decided this before I realized that I had collected 668 pages.

Well, they’re finally all scanned in. It’s kept me out of trouble for quite awhile (luckily I didn’t keep track of exactly how long, that would likely have been very depressing) but now I’m finally done. I am the first to admit that it’s still not very likely that I’ll cook anything, but at least there’s one less box of junk in our apartment.

Do you have them organized in a format you can share? The examples you used look absolutely yummy. I might actually help test them out if they were simple enough.
They're currently just stored as image files in a folder on my desktop, in no particular order.
Wow... yummy and cool!
i might need to hack in and steal that folder... ok, so i'm not that skilled. probably. maybe i can bribe johnny with chard of many colors...
I bet that would work. Johnny is a crafty little rabbit.
Since there seems to be some interest, I'll have to organize them. I'll get right on that... soon... ish...
