Because clearly I am not giving Steve enough projects around the house to keep him occupied, he decided to try a recipe he got out of Sunset magazine. It's not actually ceviche, since the shrimp is precooked, but it's the same basic idea... shrimp, lime juice, cucumber, avocado, red onion, tomato, anaheim pepper (to keep things mild for Lisa) and a dash of oregano with feta cheese as a garnish. In a word... awesome! And I don't use that word lightly.

I feel that I should editorialize more... but I have furniture to move, so I must be off. Just wanted to brag about my dinner, I guess.
