San Francisco Hiking Trip

Steve and I decided to go to dinner in San Francisco yesterday as a pre-birthday celebration for him. The dinner was forgettable, but the trip out to the Lincoln Park area to hike a bit on the Lands End Trail beforehand was wonderful.

The trail was well-traveled but not crowded on the afternoon we went.

The trail had railroad tie stairs that had been painstakingly constructed by volunteers and park service.

All along the trail, there were beautiful views of coastline and the Golden Gate bridge.

It was an extremely windy day, but not too cold. We ran out of time, but we are looking forward to going back sometime to explore the rest of the trail.
