It is the one of the many indignities domestic lagomorph kind faces: nail trims. I am not pleased about it.
If you haven’t spent enough time studying rabbit expressions to know I look displeased, I think the next picture sums it up fairly universally: time to go!
(I didn’t get far, by the way… crafty humans are faster than they look)

How do wild Lagomorphs prevent runaway nail growth? Do they just wear down with use? What about semi-ferral ones like the ones at LBCC?
I assume they just wear down with use. House rabbits don't have good surfaces to wear their nails down on. I hadn't thought about it, but Steve mentioned that feral rabbits dig burrows, whose creation and upkeep no doubt keeps their nails nicely trimmed.
So, has getting a real place just made you too busy to ever update your blog? Surely the rabbits have time to write ;)
